Can only manage 5kbps using mine and cant find any technical support... not impressed. would give it a zero rating but thats not a option so guess its gotta be a 1

I just received the modem package less than 24 hours after ordering online. I plugged it into the USB port on my Macbook Air running Mac OSX 10.5.2. The device was recognised and a drive was shown in the finder. I opened the installation package on the drive and immediately installed the software for the device, 5.3mb. Restarted and bingo, the Three icon appeared in my dock and I was connected to the internet. Brilliant implementation of the device with no hassle for a common garden user. Well done Three!!!
